How to get your Hawaii voter file

You obtain your own Hawaii voter file directly from the Your county clerk (Honolulu, Maui, Hawaii County, or Kauai), under your own entitlement. About $100 per county (Maui is $100 plus postage); roughly $500 for all four counties statewide. A single county or district race pays just its one county fee.

You stay the requester of record and the owner of the file. VoterFile never buys or resells voter data. You bring your own file, and we are only the software that processes it for your race.

• As the candidate, complete your county clerk's Affidavit on Application for Voter Registration Data, stating the election purpose (supporting or opposing a candidate qualifies) and swearing the oath.
• Pay the county fee; you receive a password-protected file in about one to two weeks. Request all four counties for a statewide race.
• Bring the file to VoterFile and we build your race's walk lists, mail lists, and turf.

What the software does with your Hawaii file

How onboarding works
