Contact

Contact CA Voter about California campaign voter data.

Email hello@cavoter.io for anything that does not fit the access request — privacy and CCPA / CPRA rights requests, legal questions, press, partnership, or general inquiries. If the goal is beta access, the access request below collects the campaign and role context the team needs to respond quickly.

The fastest path is an access request, because it captures the campaign details needed for a useful human follow-up.

Email the team directly

hello@cavoter.io is the catch-all inbox. Use it for anything other than a private-beta access request — privacy and California CCPA / CPRA rights requests, legal or compliance questions, press inquiries, partnership or directory listings, and general questions about how the product works.

Privacy rights requests (right to know, right to delete, right to correct) are handled within 45 days as required by California law. Use the subject line "Privacy rights request" so it is routed correctly. See the Privacy page for the full description of your rights and what to include.

  • Privacy rights / CCPA / CPRA request
  • Legal, compliance, or permitted-use question
  • Press, partnership, or directory listing
  • General question that does not fit the access form

What to include in an access request

If the goal is beta access, the fastest way to get a useful answer is the access request — it includes role, race, geography, timeline, and whether the campaign already has access to a California voter file. That gives the team enough context to answer fit, pricing, and onboarding questions without an empty back-and-forth.

If the question is about compliance or permitted use, say that directly. If it is about operational workflow, say whether the need is canvassing, mail, targeting review, or export.

  • Your role on the campaign or committee
  • The race, district, or county involved
  • Your expected timeline
  • Whether you already have a qualified voter file

What the team can answer

CA Voter can answer questions about current beta pricing, whether the workflow fits the race, how onboarding works, and how the trust and permitted-use pages relate to the product.

The team can also clarify whether the current beta is the right fit for a local race, consultant use case, or more complex California campaign workflow.

Best path for access

If the goal is product access, use the access request instead of a generic contact form. The access request captures the operational details needed for human review and keeps requests tied to the actual campaign use case.

That is more useful than a bare message asking for a demo because the product is still running as a qualified private beta rather than an open self-serve signup.

Direct question

Need a quick answer before requesting access?

Email the team if the question is about fit, permitted use, pricing, or whether the current private beta makes sense for a specific California race. Use the privacy-rights button below if your request is a CCPA / CPRA rights request.

Private beta

Need a human answer before requesting access?

Use the access request to share your role, race, and question. That gives the team enough context to respond on campaign fit, pricing, or trust questions.

Questions

Should I request access or send a general contact message?

Request access if the goal is beta access, pricing, or campaign fit. It collects the context needed for a useful human follow-up. For everything else — privacy rights requests, legal or press inquiries, partnership, general questions — email hello@cavoter.io directly.

How do I submit a CCPA or CPRA privacy rights request?

Email hello@cavoter.io with the subject line "Privacy rights request" and the right you are exercising (right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of sale or sharing). We respond within 45 days as California law requires. See the Privacy page for the full description.

Can consultants or campaign managers reach out before joining?

Yes. The page is meant for candidates, consultants, managers, and other qualified campaign operators who need clarity before joining.

Is there open self-serve onboarding today?

No. The product is still running as a private beta with human review before access is opened.
