Campaign voter file

A campaign voter file workflow without spreadsheet overhead.

The voter file is most useful when it becomes a repeatable workflow: define a universe, inspect the signal, work the voter list, and keep the refresh date visible.

From file to field plan

CA Voter is designed around campaign operators who need a practical bridge from the California voter file to a working field plan. The interface centers on filters, list quality, explainable signals, voter CRM, canvass mode, and fast outreach handoff.

  • Build universes by geography, party, turnout, and propensity
  • Compare segments before sending volunteers or mail
  • Track support, notes, survey answers, and contact status on the voter record
  • Run walk packets, canvass mode, email send, or CSV handoff for field, mail, SMS, and phone systems

Refresh-aware operations

A stale voter file can waste field time. CA Voter surfaces the file-refresh date so teams can decide when a list is ready to use and when it needs to be updated from the source file.

Request beta access for eligibility review, pricing, and onboarding for qualified California campaigns and political users.

Questions

Do I need a technical consultant to start?

The goal is no. Private beta onboarding verifies eligibility and helps teams load the file, then the campaign can work through the browser.

Is this a CRM?

It includes a voter CRM and voter-operations layer: notes, support status, survey responses, canvassing, and outreach handoff. It is not trying to replace fundraising, event management, or a campaign website builder.
