How to get your Vermont voter file

You obtain your own Vermont voter file directly from the Vermont Secretary of State (statewide voter checklist), under your own entitlement. The Vermont statewide checklist request form does not list a fee. Confirm the current delivery timing and any fee with the Secretary of State Elections Division before requesting.

You stay the requester of record and the owner of the file. VoterFile never buys or resells voter data. You bring your own file, and we are only the software that processes it for your race.

• Submit the Vermont Secretary of State request form for an electronic copy of the statewide checklist.
• Swear or affirm that the checklist will not be used for commercial purposes and will not be disclosed to a foreign government, federal agency, or a person acting for them in circumvention of 17 V.S.A. § 2154(b)(2).
• Choose either the next monthly statewide voter file, the monthly email list, and whether you want the file in TXT format.
